Each procedure is selected and tailored based on clinical indication and individual patient needs.

We offer select Level I in-office minor surgical procedures for common skin and soft tissue conditions.

These may include:

• Removal of benign skin lesions (such as cysts, lipomas, skin tags, or warts) 
• Foreign body removal from skin or soft tissue 
• Suturing of minor lacerations 
• Wound evaluation and suture removal 

Procedures are performed with local anesthesia when appropriate and are designed for efficient recovery.

When tissue removal is clinically indicated, all specimens are sent to a certified pathology laboratory for microscopic analysis and final diagnosis.

The cost of laboratory and pathology evaluation is included in the procedure fee, ensuring diagnostic accuracy and patient peace of mind.

Results are reviewed and communicated once available, with appropriate follow-up guidance provided.

Steroid and therapeutic injections may be used to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and improve function in select musculoskeletal and dermatologic conditions.

Common indications include:

• Trigger finger 
• Tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow (epicondylitis) 
• Trigger point injections for muscle pain 
• Keloid scar injections 
• Ganglion cysts 
• Plantar fasciitis 
• Knee joint injections for osteoarthritis or synovitis 

All injections are performed with careful anatomical technique and clinical oversight

Sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive treatment used to improve the appearance and symptoms of small superficial veins.

This procedure involves the injection of a medical solution into targeted veins, causing them to collapse and gradually be reabsorbed by the body.

Sclerotherapy is performed in-office and selected based on vein type, location, and clinical suitability.
